Sleep Boosts Mental Wellbeing


We’ve all done it, had just one sleepless night that has left us feeling irritable and moody all day the next day.

So it’s not surprising that chronic sleep deprivation may lead to long-term mood disorders like depression and anxiety.

When this group of people were surveyed to see their sleeping habits, it wasn’t surprising to find that most of these people with anxiety or depression managed to get less than 6 hours a night.

On that basis alone, it’s worth making sure that you have a good bed for a good nights sleep.
