Please note that interest on your loan will still be charged daily on the account

Mobile Updates on Your Loan Balance

Once a month Fair for You customers will receive an update on their loan balance by text, starting tomorrow! 

This is based on customer feedback requesting regular updates on your account.

 

Customer Dashboard

We will also be introducing the Customer Dashboard, where you will be able to:

  • register online to view your online statements at any time
  • make a secure online payment on your loan
  • access the Good Payers Club (if you’re lucky enough to already be a member)
  • apply for your second loan – if you’re already a customer then the application page will already be filled out for you, so you save time and faff at check out.

The customer dashboard will also be a place that hosts all the latest news to the left of the page.

 

Add A New Payment Card Online

Got a new card? You don’t need to call or email in anymore every time – you’ll be able to add a new payment card via the website.
